Our Mission
To provide excellent quality service to our customers anytime, anywhere, and as well as to provide solutions in the most effective and efficient way.
COMPANY PROFILE
Thermal Engineering Works & Services Sdn. Bhd was formed in March 1997 . The company undertakes works such as fabricating, refurbishing, repairing and upgrading of all types of Heat Exchanger. To further boost its efficiency, the company undertook a restructuring exercise and was taken over by Thermal Heat Exchanger Sdn. Bhd as it now cover a wider range of industries i.e. Marine, Power Station, General Industry and to provides an excellent quality workmanship.
OUR SERVICES
Our products' designs are flexible enough to be design in accordance to the major international codes such as ASME, TEMA and as well as the British Standards. Depending on the scope, major jobs can be done on-site on request. This is in line with our corporate mission in providing excellent quality work in the most efficient and effective way to meet and satisfy your needs.
REPAIRING SERVICES
To provide an excellent quality work to meet customer's requirement.

Our Products
Aluminium Cooler
'Thermal' brazed aluminum coolers are totally made by aluminum and all the parts are exactly designed starting from materials, thickness and design. Fins have a special inclination to increase the performances and to assure high cleanness. Another important element is turbolator that by its particular profile, gives high resistance and performances.
Shell/Tube Heat Exchanger
We can service oil cooler and shell tube bundles in much the same way that we handle heat exchangers. We clean, test, repair, and even retube or replace your old unit. When your unit arrives at our workshop, firstly we clean it, then test it to determine if it leaks. We then call the customer to provide them with information and allow them to make decisions on how they want us to fix it.
Heating/Cooling Coils
- This design incorporates unique tube geometry to absorb internal differential thermal expansions.
- The unique development is designed to heat very low temperature air quickly and evenly. A purged first row of finned tube avoids the freezing associated with the binding of non-condensable gases at very low temperature.
*Continued
- Tube-within-a-tube design allows steam to be distributed evenly to the outer condensing tube.
- The entering steam more effectively heats the exiting condensate. Design for the efficient heating or cooling of air using water or a steam solution as the heat transfer medium.
- Each finned tube coil of a steam heater is also individually removable from the frame for maintenance, repair or replacement.
Fin Tube
Our fin tubes with secondary or extended surfaces are now universally recommended to reduce the overall size & types of heat exchangers, particularly when dealing with difficult or dissimilar fluids.
When one of the fluids has low conductivity or high viscosity, which reduces the heat transfer capability, it is need to increase the surface offered to this fluid to compensate for its deficiency.
